Mango Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie


This is a Mango Strawberry Raspberry protein smoothie! Yum Yum!!

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder (optional, but this adds a rich, thick texture that I love)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or 1/4 avocado (makes it thick)
  • optional superfoods like flax or chia  (anything you want really!)
  • enough cold water or more milk to get it moving

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
