Mango Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie
This is a Mango Strawberry Raspberry protein smoothie! Yum Yum!!
You will need:
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder (optional, but this adds a rich, thick texture that I love)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or 1/4 avocado (makes it thick)
- optional superfoods like flax or chia (anything you want really!)
- enough cold water or more milk to get it moving
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
